Make It Wendy is a one-person workshop selling handmade, made-to-order solutions for everyday household problems. Physical items are made in the U.S. The shop is not affiliated with any brand whose products a piece may be designed to sit alongside — a shelf sized for a detergent jug is not endorsed by the detergent company.

• All prices are in USD. The price you see at Stripe checkout is the price you pay.
• Every physical item is made to order — processing times are listed per product and in the shipping policy.
• Custom-text pricing scales with length exactly as shown on the product page; the server re-verifies every price at checkout.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't reasonably fulfill (e.g. a request that violates the design rules below).

Custom pieces are made in exactly the text you type, so check your spelling before you order — a name made with the spelling you sent is not a defect.

Respect for artwork. Wendy will not reproduce protected logos, copyrighted characters, or official artwork on a custom piece, and may decline any request at her discretion. By sending text or a reference you confirm you have the right to use it.

Covered in full by the Returns & Refunds policy — 14-day returns on eligible items, and free replacement or refund for anything that arrives damaged or wrong.

The Make It Wendy name, logo, and original site content belong to the shop. Buying a piece gives you the physical item; it does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design.

These are household items, not toys. Pieces with small parts are not intended for children under three. Check pet products over regularly for wear, the same as any other collar accessory, and follow the mounting instructions on anything that hangs on a wall or a door.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
